Alienware 17R4 SSD freezes after fresh install of windows

I use an Alienware 17 R4 and I did a clean installation of windows on my SSD in SATA AHCI , as my BIOS menu only had two SATA options Raid On or AHCI. But with Raid turned on my windows installation media couldn't detect my SSD. So, I did a install on SATA AHCI. But now windows keeps freezing. Can anyone help me on solving the issue?
