Alienware Alpha, controlling the fans?

I recently bought an Alienware Alpha i3 base model (btw was only $400 at Walmart new!) and it does amazing at gaming, only modification I done to it was swap 500gb HDD with 120gb SSD. Anyway I want to be able to control the fans in some way to perform better, as of now they spike while gaming from slow and quite to fast and loud! Not a huge problem but I would rather have control and turn them, say 80% and keep them there. Anyone have any suggestions? Running Windows 10 Home 64bit, already tried SpeedFan and HWiNFO64 and no go!
