Where is the SIDE_FAN1 on an alienware area 51 R2?

Thanks, I already have both manuals. On the motherboard pic in the service manual you suggested I noticed a power connection for SIDE_FAN1 but nothing was plugged into it on my box and I was wondering if it could be used for another fan (MOD). It's located left of the PCI-Express fan 1 connector on the mother board.

Yes, you could connect an additional fan if you have a place to mount it.
