G godslikerustigods Jan 30, 2019 3 0 10 Jan 31, 2019 #1 im running windows 10 on my brand new asus rog gu501gm and whenever i plus in my alienware elite 959 mouse it will work and i can use it but when i go into alienware command center it isnt detected so i cant use alien fx or customize my macros

Hopefully just a matter of the perhaps the wrong driver, a corrupted install, or some misconfiguration. Upvote 0 Downvote

The troubleshooters may find and fix some problem. Look in Reliability History/Manager. There may be some error codes, warnings, being captured. Event Viewer may also have captured some problem.
