probably graphics card like gtx 1050 ti or 1060 would have already been the highest graphics card to put if you dont want bottleneck on your system, your dual core processor might having hard time running several games as it is still dual core

I'm not sure in buying any 1050 ti's or 1060's because i'm not sure if it will work with my ampilifer and there aren't many graphics cards on sell atm, if i could i would put any 1050's or 1060's, But i read i need to find a founders edition or reference card to put in there without any problems, because i read 1050's have? in the past at least idk if they updated that since then, I just know they aren't on the compatibility list for Alienware graphics amplifier, Also this cryptocurrency seems to make it harder to find cards on sell, that and really idk which card to go for i'm fairly new to this and the Alienware graphics amplifier make's it seem even more un clear what works and don't work.

i know 3rd party cards might not fit in the graphics amplifier, but i guess cards like 1050 and 1060 from 3rd party should fit, as the amplifier were made to fit huge graphics card like 1080 and titan x. even there is someone used gtx 1080 ti from 3rd party brand https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/690859-what-card-will-fit-into-alienware-graphics-amplifier/ . also 1050 is tiny and 1060 is pretty compact(some with 3 fans might be so big). there is also someone who put 3 fan aorus gtx 1070 card and it fits and able to get the 8+6 pin power cable plugged

If i can i would like to find a 1060 for a good deal, I try to notify nvidia but of course they're bombarded with people wanting cards from them, So i notice the SC seem to work fine from that link u sent with the GTX 1080 SC, I read somewhere that the 1050 ti have given issues, I guess as long as it's not a unlocked card. Idk like u said u would prefer graphics cards that wont bottleneck.
