Alienware, Help

Hi, Today I ''accidentally'' refreshed my alienware computer. I restored everything I have but now I don't have any of the other apps for Alienware. I am also missing Sound Blaster Recon3DI for it. Can anyone help?

Did you by chance create restore media for it? Alienware has a built in respawn software. Did that get erased as well?

Yes It was also erased from the computer. Is there anyway I can get it back?

Hmmmm... you could try "RECUVA" from piriform. That may be able to do something for you. Your other option would be calling Dell and asking for the restore media. They should give it to you for free if you're under manufacturer's warranty otherwise you'll have to pay some $ for it.

Hmmm, Well I only need the Sound Blaster Recon3D that came with the Computer. Are you saying that there is no other way?

The link in the second reply should have everything you got with your system. Also, you probably got some CDs with the computer that will have the software.

Here's the link to the software for the Recon3D if that's all you need... Otherwise do what the other guys said. Enter your service tag number from the bottom of your paperweight and you'll be able to find everything on their website.
