Is it possible to use an Alienware TactX KG900 Keyboard on a regular Windows 10 desktop? I am currently typing with the keyboard so it does work, but the lights and extra buttons do not.

I've looked online for the drivers and what not, downloaded Alienware Command Center, but when I open it up it won't allow me to do anything.

I have the TactX KG900 on a homebuilt W10 machine, and it works OK - all features incl. macro customization and area lighting work. It takes 2 USB cables however, and since I have to use extension cables due to an L-shaped desk, that's about $20 extra. Plus occasionally one of the USB connections stops working - either the lights go out or the keyboard stops working - which means crawling under the desk and unplugging/replugging the connectors.

Finally, the Dell software needs updating - according to Win10 startup services, the TaxtX boot speed penalty is "high". So even with a boot SSD, it takes about 21 seconds to boot up.
