Hello to all!

So, going to the point directly: I bought two sticks of this RAM (http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/kvr13s9s8_4.pdf) to install on my Alienware M11X R2, that originally had 4GB (2x2GB). I should've sprung the extra cash way back... But oh well.

I installed the RAM cautiously and properly, and when I start the computer, it turns on, loads up the BIOS, reads 2x4GB perfectly, and proceeds to the "Loading Windows" screen.
Before it can show the flying little spheres of color (Win7), the computer resets itself. It goes back to loading up the BIOS, and keeps up this infinite cycle. I tried running Memtest 86+, but it crashes right before the 36% mark. It just reboots like when I try to boot Windows.
When I try to run Startup Repair, it fails as well. When the loading bar is almost complete, it reboots and restarts the process.

Since I checked and the RAM is identical (in specifications) to the one DELL endorses for the M11X R2, I don't know what the problem is.
(source: Guy from DELL listing the validated parts http://en.community.dell.com/owners-club/alienware/f/3746/p/19357976/19794665#19794665 and the part itself on Dell.com, searched using his reference http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/category.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&k=X830D )

I ran the native diagnostics on the Alienware, but it couldn't help at all. Tried setting the BIOS to defaults, and nothing as well.
When I plug the old sticks in, it works marvelously.
And I have tried plugging only one of the sticks, on each slot. Neither will work on either slot.
I hope you guys have some amazing solution for me!

See ya and thanks!

TL;DR
New ram doesn't work. Identical in specs to official upgrade.
PC boots and BIOS is accessible but it reboots on Windows loading screen.
Memtest 86+ doesn't go through with the testing.

Hello, I'm Jewel with Kingston Technical Support and would like to offer our assistance. Our part number KVR13S9S8/4 is not compatible with your system. This module is a high density or single rank 4GB module that is not compatible with Intel 5-series chipsets or earlier. While the BIOS can recognize the memory the memory controller in the processor cannot properly communicate with them which causes the system to crash once they are being utilized. The VisionTek module is most likely low density or dual rank as it is depicted with twice as many DRAM chips as is on our module. We no longer manufacture memory that would be compatible with your system but the discontinued compatible part number is KVR1333D3S9/4G. I recommend returning part...
I can't find the exact specs for your unit, Alienware is like that sometimes, but almost always in these situations the problem is that some of those modules are 1.5V and some are 1.35v. The modules you purchased are 1.5V, and despite the fact that all the rest of the specs are the same, if your system needs 1.35v modules, the 1.5v modules will not allow the unit to run correctly. It may POST, it may not. It may boot part way and then error, causing a reboot. It might even occasionally boot to windows and then just bsod for no apparent reason although usually the problem doesn't allow you to get that far. I would re-check with technical support at Alienware and specifically ask them about the 1.35v vs 1.5v issue with respect to your unit.

I believe it is 1.5v.
The official module is 1.5v, and I've read other posts with people who have M11X R2 as well, and they had problems using a 1.65v stick until switching to a 1.5v module.
