I am having a problem where I go into games and get a much lower FPS then I'm supposed to. For example, I go into black ops 3 and get 50-60fps which I guess I can live with. Everything is turned down but my resolution on that game is 720p. Now the part that makes no sense? I played black ops 2 on my laptop and I get around 100 dropping down to 40fps!
What gives?
I checked my temps and they do not get above 90c for my cpu and gpu.
I'm willing to take this to get it repasted on my gpu and cpu, will this fix my issue?
