[SOLVED] Alienware m15 idle hit 70 degree !!

Hi! Obviously, I'm very new here so please if anyone has a clue for this, help me!

When I turn on my new laptop for the 1st day after many many updates, immediately the CPU hits 70 degrees and the GPU around 50's without doing anything. I'm not overclocking and the real trouble is my CPU fan is on balance mood and that's is natural bcuz there is nothing running in the background!!

So, anyone has any clue or anything for this condition or I have to return it back !?

There may be some system background services that is working in the background without showing up, considering you went through tons of updates.

Leave it there for an hour or two and see if it improves?
