Question Alienware M15 R1 idling at 70 - 90 degrees ?

Hi. I have An Alienware M15 R1 laptop with:
i7 8750H
RTX 2070 Max-Q
Intel UHD630
16GB 2667mhz RAM (dual channel)
I have a game background idling, Discord and was watching some videos however I noticed in HWInfo that my CPU cores (1 - 6) were running at around 70 - 90 degrees and task manager reported usage of around 50% - 80% usage total. It did list that my CPU was thermal throttling however are those temps safe for my laptop to keep running at?
(Do note I do keep my fans 90% of the time running at their max RPM through HWInfo fan control and rarely put the fans to their default system controlled speed - never hits max fan speed on System Auto fan control)

It will thermal throttle itself when you reach temps it does not like. If you experience video lagging or game issues, then you are probably heating up too many cores. But it will not harm the cpu, it just may degrade performance.
