Alienware M17 R1

Working on a friend's computer and it is an Alienware 17 R1. He can't play Directx 11 games. I can't find any internal mPCIe laptop graphics cards anywhere that support DX11 or DX12. He is trying to play Elder Scrolls Online. He currently has 8GB ram, Radeon HD 3870 x2 graphics, and Quad Core Duo 3.2GHz processor. It is the 2009 version from before Dell bought Alienware. Can anyone find me a pair of DX11 compatible Graphics cards that would work in this?

http://elderscrollsonline.info/system-requirements says you need DX11 on the recommended setting DX9 on the Minimum settings. The computer is requiring DX11 to install play the game. I do not see why it is not allowing the DX10 setting. How would I go about fixing this?
