Alienware Motherboard Wiring Problem

Hi, I have an Alienware X51 R1 Motherboard and I have no idea how to wire everything up after I moved my Alienware components into a new case.
This is the first time I'm building a proper PC and wiring all the cables up.
Help would be appreciated.

GPU- Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 FE
PSU- Corsair VS650 Watts
Case- NZXT Phantom 410
Motherboard- LGA1155 6G6JW 06G6JW Mini-ITX
CPU- i5 3330
RAM- 4GB x2
Storage- Seagate 1000GB

Retail boxed motherboards and bare PC cases don't use the Dell Alienware wiring setup.

The last post by EmperorDragon in this thread may be similar to your wiring problem.
