As a former Alienware owner, Dell distributed the OS in two ways. I had both an OS re-install DVD and a recovery partition on my HDD.

If you have neither, you need to contact Dell for replacement (there may be a small fee).

By default since the system is pre configured and windows is pre installed.

You should have Alienrespawn software install on your system.

It is used to access the hidden os recovery and install of the OS, to do a fresh install of windows.
If it is there on your system, then you can run it to fix windows 10 ect.

It will wipe all user content completely from windows Pictures, video,word documents ect.
and all other personal data.
