Question Alienware P42F001, motherboard or graphic card issue?

Hi All. I'm new in here. Can anyone help me with not booting Alienware? My Laptop is not starting. Keyboard backlight and fans are starting but no sign of life on the screen. After 30sec-1min is restarting again and again. It getting hotter and hotter from restart to restart. Motherboard gave a 5beeps only once after reinstalling CMOS battery, and giving 2beeps each times when I take the RAM off- read motherboard informing errors. It starts weeks ago cos laptop take few attempts to start. I also connected it to externall monitor with no luck.Is motherboard damage? I would be very grateful for help and sorry for my English
