My friend wants to upgrade his graphics card, and right now he has a fairly new low end x51 model (i3-4130 and a gtx 745). He was wanting a 960, but now a 480 could be an option. The thing is he most likely needs a new PSU, and I don't know if a standard PSU will fit in that case.

TL;DR (you don't have to read the top part):
Will a standard PSU fit in an alienware x51 case? Thanks

Alienwares are always tough to mess with unless its an old big tower and you want to cut it up and go a custom route. Being owned by Dell now im just its even more of a one off.

Probably has something like a TFX PSU or something.

He said it would be ok to get a new case, so I made this upgrade list for him: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/Kmp7hq
I know he doesn't need a 650W PSU but it's just for any possible future upgrades. It would be possible to move cases correct? And I do think it is worth upgrading, though it is currently on the low end of the PC spectrum.

P.S. I know the cx PSUs are sometimes said to be cheap and not that good, but for $70 (Amazon) is there a better 600W- 650W option?

What form factor is the x51's motherboard, probably not micro atx but maybe it is.

I got a CX430 for 20 bucks but I wouldn't have gotten a CX if i had to pay over 65 US.

It looks like that case can take a standard ATX PSU. I'm sure it says something about what its able to take.
