Hello Everyone,
I've had some serious issues with trying to factory reset my AlienWare, and I'm struggling to find a solution.
I've got the operating system disk handy, but whenever I try to install windows from it, it tells me that I haven't got the necessary drivers.
I also tried using AlienRespawn, which continues to stop working when creating the base image, rendering it useless to try to reset to factory settings.
I'm really frustrated with how difficult this is proving!
I checked the eBay website, which had a nice page about selling the x51 and I followed the steps there to no avail.
Is there a solution or should I call Dell?
