Question Alienware X51 R3

Hi I would like to upgrade my Alienware PC's graphic card - I haver a GTX 960 at the moment and have about 150 watts of power to play with. I have 32 Gb of memory, I7 CPU, 2Tb SSD so I think that it's powerful for 1 - 2 more years.

My budget is somewhere around £125 - £150 (about $200)
I have a I7-6700 abit slow compared todays CPU's but it's runs all the app's and games I need.
I have a Alienware 25 Gaming Monitor AW2521HFL max resolution is 1920 x 1080 @ 240 Hz
