Question All 3 Monitors loosing signal and coming back, crashes open game ?

Been dealing with this for about 3 days now and im loosing my mind. Started after a clean wipe and reinstall of windows. Mainly happens when gaming but can also happen when not. All three monitors loose signal go black and come back after about 2-3 seconds, crashing whatever game is open. Ive pulled the gpu out and re seated it. Rolled back and tested different drivers. Ive tried disabling g-sync.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

MB- ASUS ROG STRIX-X570 E
CPU - AMD 3900X
GPU - EVGA 2080ti ftw3
Monitors - 3 ASUS ROG PG279Q
