Hi,

For the last couple days, I've been having some issues within Chrome such as:
  1. YouTube videos buffering/only playing on very low resolutions
  2. Endless news scrolling sites (such as Yahoo!) only load a few articles and then refuse to continue loading when scrolling
  3. Facebook feed not loading pictures/loading very slow
  4. Google searches taking a very long time to load
I've tried:
  1. Incognito tabs, Firefox and Edge. All are producing similar results.
  2. Running a Malwarebytes scan comes back completely clean.
  3. Speed test results are not abnormal from what I can tell.
  4. Used CCleaner to remove temp/cache files
  5. Flushed DNS
I have two Linux virtual machines installed on this machine and all browsers inside them work without issues as well as a completely separate workstation within the same room that does not have any issues. Both are connected via Ethernet cord to the same modem.

On a completely different side note, I've noticed I'm unable to upload files (Google Drive, Discord, etc.)

Any help would be appreciated.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor (use both but only one at a time) to observe system performance.

Compare what the system is doing when performance is good versus what the system is doing (or trying to do) when performance is slow.

Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt.

Post the results.

Updated the opening post with the majority of this information. I don't see any crazy spikes using Task Manager or Resource Monitor when navigating to Yahoo! and scrolling.

I've also just done a speed test and it looks like for some reason, my upload is extremely slow; coming in at 0.03 Mbps. The workstation right next this this one has ~500 Mbps upload.

Here are the two speed test results for comparison: View: https://imgur.com/a/AfXLTKz

Wondering about that virtual box network adapter.

On the slow upload computer try:

- Disabling IPv6.

- Disabling VPN

Other things you can do/try.

Swap the cables between the workstations.

Determine if the problem follows the cable or stays with the workstation.

If it stays with the workstation, try swapping the LAN ports.

Objective being to narrow down possible culprits. Be methodical and change or swap only one thing at a time.

Keep notes.

Wanted to come back to this. I did try a few of your suggestions but nothing seemed to change anything. I bought a PCIe Network Adapter and switched to it from using the one built into the MoBo. It appears that has fixed the issue. Appreciate the time and effort you put in to help with troubleshooting.
