all CPU overclocking software for windows 10?

so my other PC's motherboards bios doesn't have any options to overclock. its running an i7 970 and im looking for a CPU Overclocking software where i can overclock in windows 10. ive tried XTU (intel extreme tuning utility) but when installing its says that i have insufficient privileges even with an administrator account. is there any other CPU overclocking software that i can use in windows 10?

yet im still willing to proceed with software overclocking as my old 2nd pc's bios doesnt have any options to do so.

What motherboard do you have?

I use Asus TurboV EVO that came bundled with my Asus Rampage 3 Extreme board, I only use it for minor tweeking and go back and set the hard numbers in the bios.

its an off brand X58 Motherboard that seems to be made by huanan?

Well there is a reason there are no OC settings in the bios, it cant handle it. If you like any of your hardware on that board I would highly recommend not doing or trying any overclocking on it.
