All .exe Failed to open

Hi, so first i had this atomatic scrolling, i heard that it was some kind of virus, or trojan... Now when i restarted my pc i had that login blue screen, and after that all of my .exe programs had errors, and they wont open, what am i supposed to do? is my SSD trash now?

I highly doubt your SSD is damaged, as it seems your PC can load Windows, but with errors.

Are you able to boot in safe mode and run antivirus from there?

i dont really know how to use boot, but i had another account on windows which i could enter and run a anti virus, but it had detected none, its kinda weird because on the supervisor account i get a blue screen, and then on the other account all .exe wont work, basically the whole windows doesnt work.

If you're comfortable reinstalling windows, you may want to back up your important data and do a clean install of windows.
