All fans are spinning expect gpu and pc doesn't boot

Hello! Just got my pc finished, as the title says all fans are working expect gpu fan. I have the GeForce Gtx 1050 2g I have connected the 6pin to the gpu.

I had a similar problem awhile ago with one of my cards and it turned out to be that my PSU didn't have enough wattage, what's your PSU at, and preferably the rest of your specs
