[SOLVED] All Fans Stop At Sleep?

I up graded my system and noticed that when it goes to sleep all the fans stop, including the 2 on the radiator. Is that normal?
Ryzen 1500x, Asus Rog Strix B450-F gaming motherboard. I have a nzxt kraken x52 aoi 240mm cooler. 2 fans on the radiator are plugged in the cpu fans on the mother board, 2 case fans are plugged into regular fan headings and the pump is plugged into the aio header.

Yes, when a PC is in sleep mode there is nothing producing heat.
