All files changed name

Basically I recovered all my files from a Raw HDD after something corrupted the Filesystem and now I have 700GBs of Files that are spread randomly accross around 1000 folders and I want to know if I can somehow get them to work the way they used to again.

Thats for pictures I think. My Files also arent raw, their name is just different from what it used to be before the HDD went Raw. All the filenames are something like f825890344 or other random numbers but always f"numbers" and then it still has the original Thumbnail, still tries to run the same processes when i execute cerain .exe's but cant run them since their name has been changed.

That is what backup is for. I don't think there is a way to get back to the file name because you redo the partition file system
