[SOLVED] All Games are Frozen

I have my pc recently reformatted because of freezing on boot. Now, there is no problem in browsing but when i open up games like valorant and League of Legends, I literally have 0 FPS and crashes immediately. I have a GTX 1070 and 32 GB RAM so i dont think i have a problem in terms of hardware. I have all drivers updated and i dont know what else to do. Please help

all nvidia drivers upto date? update motherboard chipset driver, gpu and then rest of the motherboard drivers

Yes i have all drivers up to date. But it seems that i already fixed the problem by underclocking the core and memory of my GPU. I dont know why but it worked. Thanks!

Then your GPU or its cooling is on the way out if you've had to do that. Try cleaning the fan and heatsink.
