All games are lagging, especially in menu.

All games I play are lagging, especially in menu.

What about menu :
Overwatch : microfreezes when navigating in menu, when I press P or O (to open friends \ group menu) game freezes
PayDay 2 : game menu freezes when searching contracts and in inventory
PUBG : Menu freezes everywhere
Destiny 2 : Random freezes and fps drops everywhere, but when I open eververse engrams my fps drops to 20-30 and game freezes,

Please help me, I really dont know what to do, I tried everything I found in internet, even bought a new motherboard but It didnt help. The thing that makes me sad is that half a year ago I had no lags and everything was all right,
What's wrong with my computer? Thanks for help.

I've been using HDMI since I've bought this computer (I bought it 2 years ago) and problems came only after 1.5 years of using.

That software didnt find any problems.
Also notice that I had reinstalled Windows many times and it didnt help.
