I even tried the 1050 Ti from the other Computer I have(which has the same issue)

If you have 2 computers behaving the same then there must be some sort of electrical issue in your home.

I mean we have literally tried everything.

I can't tell you to buy anything. Your issue happened to 2 different computers, you've replaced most if not all of your hardware that could have caused it, you said it happens in 2 different locations. There is nothing that tells me building a new Intel based system will fix this for you.

Sorry but i'm stumped and I think everyone else is too.

I know. But if I won't fix it its a waste of money. Why would I keep something that doesn't work (properly).

Having an experienced person in front of it working on it is your best bet. There is only so much we can do asking questions here. So hopefully that becomes the solution for you.
