Oh yeah I totally forgot about that. The technicians that worked on my PC told me that they tried one of their GPUs and then used the warranty for my GPU, none of them worked but I'll try the internal just in case.

I even tried the 1050 Ti from the other Computer I have(which has the same issue)

If you have 2 computers behaving the same then there must be some sort of electrical issue in your home.

I mean we have literally tried everything.

get a wall outlet tester for wiring https://www.homedepot.com/p/Receptacle-Tester-400-029/206303234 and a voltmeter to see it you have the righ voltages out of it .

I moved about a year ago. Both Computers behave the same way no matter where I go. I've been to technicians and friends too.

I can't tell you to buy anything. Your issue happened to 2 different computers, you've replaced most if not all of your hardware that could have caused it, you said it happens in 2 different locations. There is nothing that tells me building a new Intel based system will fix this for you.

Having an experienced person in front of it working on it is your best bet. There is only so much we can do asking questions here. So hopefully that becomes the solution for you.
