1050 Ti gets better results than a 1080 Ti Strix? And why are all my games stuttering I have tried so many things.

Ok so we've established, newest drivers, newest windows, nothing running in background, no viruses hogging your drives up, unexplainable performance drop during gaming causing a stutter.

At this point I'd consider hardware. How new is this stuff? I would swap the motherboard first.

Is it possible for the other Computer to have the same issue caused by the same components even though they are different? I mean what are the chances? On my other Computer I was previously using a GT 630 4GB and it was suffering from the same problem.

Your old computer had a much different problem, the motherboard you had was not good enough for the CPU you had, it was likely throttling. You had different issues despite similar results.

I'll visit a person I know who can try exchanging his Intel MOBO/CPU with my and see if that works. And if it does I'll either try to change MOBO or change to Intel. Thank you for your time. I appreciate it a lot.

I had a similar problem with stuttering. both were AMD, 8350 and ryzen 1600. tried everything or so I thought. Turned out to be a problem caused by Malwarebytes. If you have this software on both systems, it is most likely the cause.uninstalling it was a 10 second fix. just my two cents...its software.

This is a different issue. It doesn't have to to with software. I have tested games without any programs installed except steam which was required for me to open the games that I was testing. I will be changing Mobo and CPU soon because I have already exchanged every other component of both Computers except these two. And another reason is because Rogue Leader (who was helping me with the issue) suggested me to change Mobo.

Exactly. @gimpie,65, helps if you read the thread before replying.

Will these two components work with the ones that I currently own?

Yes although that processor isn't an upgrade from what you have.

I would buy a Coffee Lake CPU/MOBO but I heard that they require good cooling (Water Cooling). I don't trust water cooling though. Unless you recommend it and it keeps a decent temperature with my Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo.

They don't require water cooling, and any Coffee Lake CPU would work fine with a 212 EVO.

I'm confused here though what happened with your Ryzen System? Did you return the parts, exchange them? Deciding what to do?

Soon I'll change to Intel and sell my Ryzen CPU/MOBO.
I just don't want to mess it up that's why I asked about the compatibility.

No I don't have another Ryzen MOBO and the store won't help me. They said that I am able to exchange products within 14 days. If the one that I'm going to buy now won't work either something that I doubt I can exchange it or ask for help in the next 14 days. Another thing I wanted to ask are Coffee Lake CPUs as good as people say or are there any better ones.

Right now Coffeelake is the best gaming CPU you can buy.
