Why did you create a new account to post that?

Reinstalling Windows on a new motherboard is critical.

Nevermind, it didn't work. I ll record a clip of the lag of the game Duelyst just to prove that the stutter is still there. Nothing has changed. I removed the HDD with only the SSD plugged in, cleaned it (through cmd) and installed Windows. After that I started the PC, run a game (it didn't lag probably because the Disk had nothing but that game in it) then I plugged the HDD (which has all my games in it), run the games that stuttered with the old MOBO and I saw no difference. What any idea on what's could be causing this?

This just isn't possible, i will need to see a video. What speed is that hard drive (5900 or 7200) and in Windows 10 is your page file on your SSD?

Can you try installing other games to the SSD to confirm.

HDD speed is 7200RPM
Yes it (page file) was on my SSD
Should I set "none" to my SSD and "system managed" to HDD?
I think before the Windows installation it was on my HDD.
Im uploading the video its 2gb.
I'll move Rust to my SSD and record another clip.

I'll have them in the description. Youtube is currently processing the video. I wont post it until the quality is fixed.

You can't judge performance based on an online game. The issue is related either to your connection or the connection of those you play with or the servers you are on.

Shoe me a single player game, offline, like Battlefield 4 with the same issues.

I need to download BF4 to test it even though it doesn't lag on Multiplayer unless something blows up.
Garry's mod is a Singleplayer game, I showed clips of the stuttering in the past. I can record more if you want and most of my games are Multiplayer. I almost forgot that I have a Laptop that runs some games better than my Desktop (both online and offline and by better I mean it doesnt stutter even though it doesnt reach high FPS). Now all I need to do is figure out if this MOBO is going to help me. I can exchange it within 14 days.

Garry's mod is not an optimized game, and shouldn't be used for testing.

If you have AAA titles (Battlefield, GTA, CoD, Hitman, Tomb Raider, etc), single player offline, making stutters like that, then its may be a hardware issue.

Otherwise, anything multiplayer comes down to your connection, router, other players, etc.

Another thing is when I change too many Youtube videos or tabs my whole browser starts to lag/freeze and everything is unclickable until it unfreezes. Sometimes it takes up to 8 seconds to unfreeze, it depends on how many videos I changed. And I have to close the browser to fix it (it doesnt actually fix it but it makes the browser a lot less laggy)

How many tabs/videos do you have open?

Far Cry, For Honor, or Just Cause. Offline as I said.

None of those games lag as much as the rest of them. I recorded Far Cry 4 Offline, the lag starts after 5-7 minutes of gameplay, Far Cry stutters only inside of Fortresses. These games are choppy as if they are running at 10-15 fps(just like Garry's Mod). Its rare for For Honor to lag because there isn't much loading during gameplay or it preloads everything before the round starts. And Just Cause is just like Far Cry I have to play for a while to start noticing stuttering/lag. Garry's Mod is a prime example of my issue. I think that it has something to do with the loading. All it takes is 10 NPCs for Garry's Mod to start lagging on my PC. I have seen many videos in the past of people spawning hundreds if not more NPCs/Objects without any issues whatsoever.

I just moved Garry's Mod to the SSD, tried spawning NPCs and it has the exact same issue. I have no idea what's the issue here. I though that it might be the Ram or the HDD/SSD because the games stutter mostly during sudden effects/spawns and other stuff from what I noticed.

Should I return the MOBO that I bought? I mean changing MOBO didnt make a difference so I guess the issue is somewhere else. Plus its a waste of money if I keep both MOBOs because Im using only one of them.
(I moved the games to my SSD, I'll test them tomorrow)

I'll transfer Far Cry to my SSD for testing. But why do I have confirm that its the HDD when this MOBO didn't make any difference so far. Its literally the same issue. I mean nothing improved.
