You posted this twice in the Windows 10 forum, 4 minutes apart, and once in the PC Gaming forum. Need to remove one from the Win 10 and decide if it's Windows or Gaming then remove remove one of those.

Hello

I was wondering if you tried checking for graphic card and Windows updates?

Hope this helps.

Cheers!!
my graphics card are up to date. but i am afraid of updating windows because every time i did so in my previous pc it would cause some problems. and i don't that to happen again cause this is my 3rd laptop and i don't want to lose this..

Is fairly low spec what games you playing?
counter strike 1.6
half life 2
gta san andreas
max payne 1, 2
the matrix path of neo
minecraft (lowest settings, gets a decent frame rate)
halo
call of duty 1, 2
time shift
condemned criminal origins
star wars the force unleashed

i play games that my pc can handle. they all used to run in an excellent frame rate (except minecraft) but now they all lag (or as i call it, the heart beat lag)
if you want to know how the lag looks like you can check it out in this video

i have 145GB free out of 465GB. besides i have reached lower amounts of free space and still ran those games. but after getting these lags i freed a lot of space but still could not fix this issue.
