Question all games capped on 60fps on my laptop

so i got Lenovo Legion y520 and it doesn't give me as its specifications
i7 8750H
GTX 1050TI
2TB HDD
16GB RAM DDR4
but every game i run it dont get over 60 fps even if i turn off the VSYNC + even if i disable it from the nvidia control panel too
so what should i do ?

What games do you play? unlikely but it is possible all your games have a FPS cap or you accidentally enabled a cap for all the games

Offline and online games
i've tried many (the witcher 3,fortnite, far cry 3 4 5 ) and other games (maybe one or two of them not capped but they also dont reach high frames
and im sure i turned off the v sync and fps cap

Can you give the average frames on all the games?

about 70-80 frames on games that should be over 100 frames (and again most of them are capped 30,60)

Alright what is your frame rate in The Witcher 3 and what settings do you play on?
