[SOLVED] all games crash on start

Hello,
so most of my games started to crash on startup instantly.
All drivers are up to date. Tried to turn off all anti-virus programs, no effect at all.
Verified game files, redownloaded also no effect. Turned off wallpaper engine and Fences - no effect.
Starting as admin, turning on compatibility, disabling full-screen optimizations also don't work.
Scan for Viruses (Kaspersky) showed no threads.
Any suggestions on how to fix it except restore or reinstall widows?

Here are the games that crash + error message:
Rainbow Six Siege: Oh no, it crashed! (no error code)
Splitgate: An Unreal process has crashed: UE4-PortalWars (no error code)
Valorant: infinite starting screen, no response (a critical error has occurred and the process must be terminated)
Divinity Original Sin 2: (no error message at all, just closes immediately)

Games that don't crash:
Minecraft
CS:GO
Aimlabs
Wallpaperengine
Benchmarks (e.g. C20, Heaven Benchmark)

Is anything overclocked gpu cpu? Have you updated gpu drivers? Is your bios up to date? Have you checked your hardware drivers for updates?

everything is running at stock. bios and all drivers are up to date

I would guess that a PSU is failing, but generally when that happens your system just shuts off. I would reinstall Windows and see if the issue persists.

Hm, benchmarks do work, ok ill try windows reinstall
