All Games CTD or Fail to Respond at random times

This has been happening for over three months, and I'm not quite sure what has been causing it. I can post some of the errors from the event viewer, so you can get an idea of what is going wrong.

CSGO does not have any errors reports, but I believe this is the only game that completely CTDs without any error display. Rather than error, steam has something called an application hang.

The program Steam.exe version 3.28.10.53 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

**It never happens when launching games. Crashing only happens 10+mins after launching.

I ran the RAM diagnostic test in administrative tools. nothing detected.
