all games doesn't work after upgrading my CPU+MoBo+RAM

so i upgraded my PC recently and most of my games don't seem to work any more,
i did a clean install for windows 10 of course and all my drivers are up to date.
here some of the messages that appears when running my favorite games:
Call to Arms on steam: call to arms failed to start (error code 51).
Arma III on the launcher: Application load error 3:0000065432.
Battlefield 1 on origin: clicks on it but nothing happens.
Ultimate Epic battle simulator: (same as Arma III) Application load error 3:0000065432.
this is what i remember right now,
here is my specs before and after,, in case it has anything to do with anything:
My old PC:
OS: win 10 64
CPU: i5 3470 OCed to 4051Mhz with Bclk
GPU: R9 270X
RAM: DDR3 Corsair vengeance pro 1600mhz (2x4)
My new PC:
OS: win 10 64 (Clean install).
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X.
GPU:R9 270X.
RAM: DDR4 Corsair vengeance RGB 3600mhz (2x8).
Any help will be appreciated

is steam on a different drive? are the other games? you may be missing registry entries and config files that were hidden on the system drive so reinstall them

Steam is on the main drive (C), but the games are on the other one (D), and i already selected game library from steam settings how to fix the registry entries and config files plz ?

I'm not sure you can for the non steam games. Steam games you just click install and it finds the files and verifies them, others may need reinstalled from scratch i think.
