Use HWinfo64 for monitoring as it reads true tdie temps, no offsets (10c variance for 2nd gen Ryzen).

Run HWinfo64 sensors only.

Take screenshots of tdie temps and cpu speed. Do this when the game stutters. There's a screenshot button on the keyboard.

Paste screenshot in paint. Save as png and upload it to Imgur.

In Imgur after signing up and uploading picture it'll give link options. Copy bb code option and paste here.

Thanks for the pic.

Looks normal to me, speed is good and temps are good too. Maybe try Windows balanced with minimum processor state of 10%. Can find this option in advanced power options after selecting power plan.

Your ram wouldn't be set then to run at it's rated speed. Default is 2133 until XMP is enabled.

Hopefully this helps.

Once done (hopefully), check Hwinfo and memory controller clock should say 1500.
