all games use 50% of each gpu at SLI

Hi everyone and thanks for your time.

so, 2 months ago i go into SLI business after i noticed that my single GTX980TI cannot provide enough power at 100% load.

since then, each cards uses only 50% of the load, meaning that i get 100% of a single GTX980TI

some info:

Both GPUS are Geforce Gigabyte GTX980 TI G1 Windforce.
im using 1000W PSU.
CPU: i7-4790K running at 4.7Ghz.
16 gigs of RAM DDR 3 1600Mhz
