Question all has power (fan spin and usb power) but no display

Hey guys,

I am building my first pc and ran into the issue that when i power my pc on all my fans are spinning and their is power out of the usb, however their is no display connection.

Parts i used: processor:Ryzen 5 3600x
MoBo: Asrock 450m HDV 4.0
Ram G. Skill F4 3600
GPU Gigabyte 1660 super
SSD Sabrent m.2 500g
power evga 500w 80+

Whenever i turn on power their is no beeping, only few clicking noises.
I dubble checked and replugged all my cables.

Is MB certified to have Ryzen 3000 compatible BIOS version installed ?

Is MB certified to have Ryzen 3000 compatible BIOS version installed ?

on my motherboard it said that version 3.7 is installed. as far as I know, that is the latest version, That and on the box it also said that it was 3000 plug and ready but idk how accurate that is.
