All In Wonder or not?

If I buy a ATI RADEON 9600 Pro and a TV Wonder PRO (or other TV card) instead of a AIW 9600, what kind of feature will I lose/gain?

The reason for this is 2 seperate card is more friendly for upgrading, as well as cheaper.

BTW anyone know a good TV card?

The 9600Pro will not share, go with the AIW series for video capture, the two card setup will not work with the 9600Pro.
