All latest Realtek drivers wont work on X99A ALC1150

Hello guys, my problem is that all the latest driver updates from Realtek dont work on my mobo (MSI X99A Gaming 7). After installation and reboot I have no sound and it doesnt recognise any other sources like the browser or the mp3 player. Things look legit in device manager with no yellow marks or anything else? Any ideas?
