All my files/folder in External HD won't show up in Explorer

Hi.. My 1 TB WD external drive has all my file (930 GB) on it and I already made sure to show hidden files and "Show protected system files and folders". However, all of file/folder still won't show up in Explorer, but it shows only when i open with 7zip (does not shows with winrar). To open it I need to extract the file first and I can't delete the file through 7zip. How to fix it? I'm using windows. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Do you have a drive letter assigned to the drive? I've seen before where the system just stopped assigning drive letters at random. Check in Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management to see if a letter is assigned.

Yes, a drive letter is already assigned.
