all my games crash in a weird pattern

SOLVED: I re seated the gpu and changed ram slots now it appears to work fine

i built a system around christmas time
r3 3200g
gtx1060 3gb
8gb ram
asrock b450 mobo

i played games alright for about a month but now all my games run for about an hour then crash and no matter what i do after that they only run ~1 min b4 crashing it just crashes to desktop and its fine. most of my steam games after that say 1 or 2 files failed to validate and from non steam games i get nothing just crashes every minute or so any idea what is going on i have tried a bunch of stuff and cant figure it out
edit: ive run dxdiag and that didnt say anything was wrong

I have built about a dozen pcs in my life and ive had some common problems just like everybody else but this one is beyond what I know. I built a system and it only runs games for about 30 second b4 it crashes to desktop every game I even tested Minecraft and it does the same thing ive tried everything to fix it but I cant figure it out ive run dxdiag ive checked the hdd for bad sectors ive even reset the pc and only installed the drivers steam and csgo and it still does it. iv been using csgo to test it but ive tried heaps of games from gtav to the binding of Isaac and apex legends every game I would think its a hardware issue but with the game ive been testing with csgo after every crash 1 file fails to validate every time. any help would be so nice this pc has almost had me in tears

ryzen 3 3200g
gtx1060 3gb
8gb ram

500gb hdd -os is on
240gb ssd

Ran memtest86 for several passes?

Is that ram certified with that board?

Bios up to date?

Make/model/age of psu?

ram is the next thing I was going to try I just swapped it into the next slot and im about to try it ill run memtest in a min my bios is up to date and my psu is a brand new coolermaster 450watt 80+ bronze cant remember the model but plenty of power for my system
