All my games disappeared!

Okay so I'm pretty confused what happened now! The other day I have cracked Sony Vegas 10 and when I done this all my games were gone and some other software corrupted! The first sign was that steam logged me off and required new verification code (just like for the new machine). Origin constantly was giving me some error message about missing service file. I use Start Menu 8 which also corrupted and required reinstall, so did MSI Afterburner and Google Chrome.
Now I have realised that all my Origin and Steam games are gone, in a way that they were downloaded onto my PC and they are not anymore... Also my non-steam games are gone like Command and Conquer Generals etc. I think this could be caused by some registry error but I literally have no idea what's going on. Hope I'll get some help here. Thanks guys :s

Don't download cracked software. The chances are that it had a virus that is now causing all of this.

Either way, my question still stands. You called it cracked and refuse to explain why. Nobody on this site seems to be ready to answer until that is cleared up. Take it or leave it I guess. As for me, there are other people with legitimate questions.

Sorry, I intended to type programs, must have written 'games' sub-consciously. And yes, I can say you have absolutely no idea what you're doing; If you did, your PC wouldn't have gotten infected and this thread wouldn't exist.

No, I don't have genuine Photoshop or Sony Vegas; I use freeware if I need to.
