All my games keep crashing for no reason please help!

So i built my own computer i have a Ryzen 5 1500, MSI Carbon Motherboard, 750BQ PS, MSI 660, 2 4GB ram sticks and 1T of storage my issue is that everytime i try and play a game it crashes in like the first 5 minutes of the game now i know its not my graphics card its not temps its not my drivers the last things i can narrow it down to is it being my ram sticks PS or windows but also there is only 1 game that i can play and that is League of Legends but even still when i play it i have a issue where the screen goes black then comes back after like 5 secs and its also freezes for about the same amount of time i really want this issue fixed as for i had this issue for about 5 months and i just dont know what to do if you can help me then plz do so thank you.

Software conflicts, maybe? Give CCleaner a run, and do the Clean and Registry portions both.

Then check to see if you have another app/pgm starting with Win that might be in conflict.
