[SOLVED] All my games makes a werid white glitch blur when moving the in-game camera

Solution
I'm pretty sure that's ghosting.
It looks more like "inverse ghosting" or "overshoot". The monitor is applying overdrive to the pixels to increase their response times, but it's doing too much, resulting in them changing more than they need to when transitioning between colors. If your monitor has an overdrive setting that is set to high, try turning that down to normal to see if it helps. The setting might also be referred to as 'reponse time' in the monitor's menu.

I had similar problems which I could either fix by turning gsync on/lowering hz to 200/turning down to fast instead of ultra fast.
His monitor doesn't have any sync tho and isn't high hz and I'm not sure if it does have the option of lowering response time. Hope it does.
I might have found the wrong monitor on google.
