All my games start lagging after a while (like 10 minutes), and also my internet browser. Has this maybe something to do with my pc fan? Because i downloaded SpeedFan(application) to see the temperatures of my pc, and my GPU and Temp2 are noted by a flame. It says GPU: 66C and Temp2: 127C. Please someone help me, i cant play games and watch YouTube videos anymore longer than 10 minutes :'(

Here's the link for a screenshot of my SpeedFan results.

If it has nothing to do with my fans, what could it be?

Solution
openhardwaremonitor.org/
get this and try figure out what temp2 is at it differs from mainboard to mainboard
127C is definitely something to worry about and the cause of your system downclocking for safety

my guess: a layer of dust between fan and cooling metal on the CPU so new air cant reach there, if its a new system it could also be badly put on thermal grease

Solution
With all regards it has every thing to Do with the fan because normal laptops temperature reached 78°f while playing game.
2 advices uninstall or stop unwanted processes while playing game and give your fan a little space to get cold air from out side to cool.

And clean your fan it probably contains dust.

That 127 degrees is false. Temperature sensors in these things go all of the time...only the individual core temperatures are correct, usually Core 0 being the most accurate to the CPU's temperature due to it being the primary core. What I see here is that your CPU is ACTUALLY at around 40 degrees celcius which is totally fine and never triggers a downclock. The GPU, on the other hand, is a problem...the computer may be downclocking as a result of the GPU heating up a lot and you should probably try to clean out the computer anyways.
