All my pc games started to lag..

If you still need help, then you should provide details about your system (OS, CPU, motherboard, GPU, storage, etc.) and tell us what the performance used to be and what it now is. Also check the temperatures to make sure nothing overheats.

On csgo i had 200 fps now im getting 100 max.Sometimes drops to 50.

Was that while playing csgo? Nothing was really busy or hot. If it works, it would be nice to see a graph generated by Intel XTU that includes thermal throttling, CPU utilization and temperatures. I had a similar system that I gave away (i3-550 overclocked to 3.83 GHz and a 660Ti), but I have no clue how good it runs csgo.
