Lets me start with my current specs.

Mobo: Gigabyte Z490 AORUS ELITE AC
CPU: i9-10900k
GPU: 2080 Ti
RAM: 32GB

Now I also have an MSI MEG Z690 ACE motherboard sitting here.

I really wanna get more frames in both CoD and Tarkov, reaching about 100 fps in both at 1440p.

For better performance should I buy the 4070ti for $800, or spend the same amount on 64 gigs ram and 14900k but not get the gpu for my current build. Its one or the other NOT BOTH. Any input would be much appreciated as I don't really know which is the best choice. Thank you all!

Any question will be answered immediately, as I will be actively watching this post.

Edits:
*Gaming at 1440p
*1000 watt PSU

Where do you live where that card is $800? Personally, I would opt for an AMD card that is cheaper and faster, like a 7900xt.

1440p and 1000 watt psu. But would the psu really have an impact on performance?
1000 watt psu
That's the advertised wattage of the unit, you didn't answer my question properly. You need to realize that everything in life has wear and tear, i.e. as they age, they degrade.
You didn't read my post. A PSU has nothing to do with my question. Thank you for your input though.

Yes your PSU is relevant to the topic since it'll be powering your entire build(and is considered to be the heart of your system). You might want to go through our entire forum with a search of people who upgraded their GPU with an aged/lackluster PSU only to have the entire rig go down the drain.

But this is your money we're talking about here. All I'm doing is offering constructive suggestions.

It does have something to do with your question. Not all PSU are created equal. Also as power supply capacitors age, decreasing output capability. I learned the hard way on that one. Not so good quality PSU died, taking my CPU and motherboard with it. Thankfully it was just my HTPC at the time, and not my main rig, but still costed me more money to get it going again.
