[SOLVED] all of a sudden i get constant fps spikes and drops in all games i play?

I see that quite a bit after windows 10 does auto-updates, try installing the latest version of DDU from https://www.wagnardsoft.com/ and also grab the latest stable version of your GPU drivers, boot up into safe mode and give DDU a run to clean all gpu drivers, unplug the network cable to prevent driver auto-updates, reboot then install your GPU drivers and plug in the network cable and hopefully all is well - better guide than my banter here

if you recently upgraded your GPU drivers, maybe go for the previous release / version to get stable
