All of my browsers are lagging

How can I fix this lag, when I go on youtube the video lags, every video lags, and when I go on agario it lags, I checked on speedtest.net and my ping is 1ms, 58.46 mega bites per second and 6.74 upload speed please help me!

Try changing servers. DNS Jumper and the like. Maybe you have a hardware problem or too small of a page file.
